Micronesian Girl~ Back-and-Forth Dutch Braid

Hi everybody!

One of my little Sunday School girls had the cutest braid this week~ I uploaded pictures on my hairstyle blog at http://691superlonghair.blogspot.com/ but thought I'd better upload some here, too, in case some of you haven't found my blog yet. ;)

Browneyedsusan, my neighbor does amazing styles on her daughter. She gets her to sit because she's been doing the styles since her daughter had hair. Plus she makes it a treat and her daughter loves the attention she gets from styles. ;)

Browneyedsusan, my neighbor does amazing styles on her daughter. She gets her to sit because she's been doing the styles since her daughter had hair. Plus she makes it a treat and her daughter loves the attention she gets from styles. ;)

DD used to let me do her hair, but hasn't since she was 8 or 9. I would fix it different every day, and she liked it at the time. When her friends started doing their own hair, she started doing her own hair too. She's a teenager now, and sometimes asks me to put her hair up, but it doesn't happen often.

It is a beautiful hairstyle! --I'd love to have a go at it on DD, but don't think she'd tolerate it! :)

Hey everybody! K. and I thank you! I thought this hairstyle turned out so cute, too :) I think my other Sunday School kiddos will be standing in lines to get their hair braided before church next week, so I can add their pictures, too!
