Pics of long layered curly hair?

I go in for a trim tomorrow and my curls feel so weighed down. I am considering more layers on my way to growing it to waist length, but I can't find any inspiration to show my stylist. Thanks!

I did try google but most people have wavy hair that pops up. Here's a pic of my hair for reference...it stretches a little longer than BSL.

Darn maybe we used different words..I did see some wavy and some fake curls but there were some that were most definitely natural curlies

Also, why do people keep thinking wavy is curly heh, OP I have exactly your curls ! My natural undamaged hair is like corkscrews, cant wait to see them grow back out again .
(photo in siggy is my damaged bleached hair which makes it look wavy, I used to hate my curls and wanted to kill em . now I love them . <3)

Here's mine when it was almost BSL with layers. I've since grown to Hip and I have almost grown out my layers.

To fluffy01, your hair is beautiful! One thing I have experienced with growing out my hair, is that as it elongates it appears much less curly. It isn't really that I've lost curl, it just looks like it.

I'd try to look at the hair style books at the beauty parlor. Make sure the stylist understands what you want. Post pics of the finish product.
