I've bought a bottle of 'just 4 mums' stretch mark oil, with the intention of using it in my hair. I'ts 100ml for £1.00 from Savers. Here is a list of the ingredients that I can read.

Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Isopropyl myristate, Argania Spinosa.(argan) oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil. Retinol palmitate, parfum, Triticum vulgare

I think the isopropyl myristate is drying if I remember right, but with all that oil in it, would that balance it out? I think the last ingredient is wheat germ oil. I'm really hoping I've found a good cheap blend of oil *fingers crossed*. Has anyone used a stretch mark oil for hair before?

I've used an oil blend with isopropyl myristate in it on my hair before and my hair seemed happy enough with it. My hair isn't particularly fussy, but I'd say try it and see what your hair says.

Sounds like a good idea! I have never tired it, but it sounds promising... *watches thread*

It's considered an emollient so I'm pretty sure it's ok :)

You could try it if your hair hates it don't use it again.
