After the birth of my daughter and continuously washing her hair with water only, I've begun thinking about my own regimen. I don't know if I will ever let shampoo touch my daughter's hair. SLS free shampoo touches mine about 1-2x a week right now, and I usually condition my hair every wash. I have curly hair, btw, since that sometimes makes a difference.

Do you ever use any oils or is it just "water only." What about styling products? I don't style my hair much, but I use gel to keep my updos in place and when I wear my hair curly.

Do you brush? What kind of brush and what type of hair....like I said...curly girl here. :)

Thanks for helping me out!

I have 3c/4a hair and I tried WO a while back. I HAD to use oils. I couldn't use a BBB to distribute the sebum, but I did mild vinegar washes. I had to give it up because my ends were too dry :( But maybe it'll work for you.
