Last year I reached waist length when I got to 3 years (around oct.) without cuts. Since then I've been trimmin to take damage off and even things up, and will be for a while because I really liked results. First took 3 inches off last year, 8 months later (May 2012) took 4 inches off and my last trim was August's fool moon taking another 3 inches.
I'm not sure when I will be ready for new lenghts but I'll trim at least one more time or two next year.
