How to rotate pictures in new site software?

Am I making this up or did the old site have a "rotate photo" button? I cannot get my (one) new photo to appear right side up.

Am I making this up or did the old site have a "rotate photo" button? I cannot get my (one) new photo to appear right side up.

The editing was done user-side, so it will have to be edited before it is uploaded. If it is hosted on another site then there may be a rotating feature available. Photobucket, for example, has the ability to edit and rotate a photo. :)
