Hehe,

I just came up with a neat style. Braids are not holding up for me. I think my hair is in too many different lengths.

This multiple elastic method seems good. I played around and made a rainbow. LOL

Right now I have it wrapped around my head like a crown braid. It tooks neat!

Strangely I don't often see this style. It's so much easier than braiding! LOL

That looks so cool! Haha! My little sister loves rainbows; I'll have to show her!

LOL, I love rainbows too.

Hmmmm....maybe I'll wear this wrapped around my head tomorrow. As a long "braid" it goes get a bit cumbersome, being so stiff and all. LOL

That would be super cool, too! Like a rainbow crown braid thing!

I sometimes do this! Do you know if you put the ties close enough together and then bend the ponytail, it'll "defy gravity" and stay in that shape?

I love your length by the way! It looks like more than 32 inches! :)

Wow, neat, I'll have to try that defy gravity thing lol. Hey, maybe I can have Pippi Longstocking braids for Halloween lol.

Oh yeah, I'm sure it's over 32 inches, I haven't updated my stats in a long time LOL.

That looks super cute.

If you bought holiday colours it could also be very festive... but I do like the rainbow. It is whimsical.

Wow! I've seen a similar sort of style before, but never as a rainbow. :)

LOL, I really like the rainbow but I'm thinking it's a bit much for work, even though work is super casual. LOL I'm middle management so I should probably dress a bit less colourful. LOL

I'm going to try a version with blue tones today to match my outfit and try to make it into a sor to crown braid.

I think I'm going to have to buy more rainbow elastics to cover every colour combination to match my outfits!

This is so awesome!! How fun! don't think it would be something I'd wear too often though because imagine how damaging that would be down your length after a while. I already feel bad that I start my buns off with an elastic (hair friendly but still) to keep the hair sleek against my head. I'd definately wear it if I was feeling fun or for a costume. Very nifty, I like.:D

I use black all the way down. I use the non-dent type bands and they work very well for protecting hair this way. It's a great sleep braid as well.

The only drawback I've found with it is losing the bands off the end. They tend to slip off if I get pony into a tension situation. Like laying on my pony tail or sitting on it.
