mixing punky colour and manic panic?

I got my hair re-highlighted about a month ago but its getting really brassy so I wanted to tone it to freshen it up a bit. I have about a 4th of a tub of manic panic's virgin snow toner left from a while ago and also a new purple punky colour dye. I'm wondering if I can mix them together as well as with conditioner for a toner? I know you can mix colours within a brand but I don't know if its ok because they're two different brands

Puny Colour and Manic Manic are basically the same thing, the same sort of dye. Go ahead and mix the two :)
