I feel like i'm balding

i'm only 21 but i feel like the front of my head is thinning. i feel like i can see more scalp than i could before. Am i going nuts?

also, i notice that i've been touching my scalp a lot recently, especially in these areas. Is it possible i'm causing all my hair to fall out? Or is this all in my head.

Do you wear your hair up the same way and tight a lot? Could be traction alopecia?

Are you noticing hair falling out from that area? Excessive shedding? If not it may just be your imagination.
