Hi everyone! I have a quick question, I was given by a friend a few bottles of Got2B blow dry gel like this: http://www.amazon.com/Got2b-Styltini-Double-Shot-Thickener/dp/B00181LAYU
the ingredients are as followed:
Ingredients
Aqua (Water), VP/VA Copolymer, PVP, Dimethicone Copolyol, Carbomer, Aminomethyl Propanol, Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Starch, Butylene Glycol, PEG 6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Oleth 20, PEG 14M, Disodium EDTA, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Perfume (Fragrance), Limonene, Hexylcinnamal, Linalool, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Coumarin
do you think I can air dry with this like a gel? I don't usually use heat but yesterday I blow dried just so I could get more sleep (no waiting up for hair to dry) and using this product, the results were straighter and smoother hair then I normally get from blow drying. Would air drying with this have the same effect?

It has cones so it could cause build up. It also has protein which can cause problems for some people. May I ask why you have to wait up for you hair to dry? If I did that, I would never sleep.

Oh because if I didn't wait until it was at least partically dry, I would get odd, frizzy wurls the next day:D. I'm not up the whole drying tiem, just an hour of it, then I sleep with dampish/still wet hair. I actually want to use this product for the protein, my hair has decided it loves protein this moment so I firgued i'd use this product now. Are the cones in here water souble?

I am not a cone expert, so I can't really tell you.

It's a water soluble one, at least luxepiggy says it is, and I trust her.

Just try it, worst comes to the worst it goes a bit wonky and you have to wash it out. Although I do admit to being incredibly sceptical of any product requiring heat, it ought to work regardless.

Yeah, I don't think any product really requires heat, well we'll see how this goes. Thanks for all the advice guys!:)
