Description of SMP method?

I'm trying to find a description of the exact method for SMP, which is often discussed in the NW/SO forum. Has the SMP method already been described somewhere? If so, does anyone have the link? Thanks!! :confused:

Thanks, pink.sara. You may be right, but I kept reading SMP on the NW/SO forum, so I thought maybe the acronym stood for scritch/massage/preen. I already do Snowy Mountain's Hair Massage Technique (which is wonderful BTW), and I thought SMP was something different.
