For some odd reason, I've never been to a Trader Joe's. However, I am going to find one tomorrow!
What hair products should I look for? Open to recommendations!

I really love their Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo / Conditioner. It smells nice, makes my scalp feel all zippy, and is nice and light on my fine hair. I occasionally have build up problems if I get too heavy a conditioner.
Plus, if you happen to have a cold the scent of eucalyptus and peppermint, plus the steam from the shower is awesome for your sinuses...
Also! Their cheese is amazing. Brie.... Drool.

That sounds lovely! All of it, especially the cheese. :yumm:
I'm just about out of both shampoo and conditioner, so maybe I should stock up.

My TJs has jojoba oil for a decent price, as well as Tea Tree oil.
And yeah, cheeses. Juices. Nut mixes. If you eat pre-prepared foods they have so many yummy, yummy things to try. Frozen mushroom and goat cheese pizza. Chocolate cat cookies. Their deserts are positively dangerous.
I need to stop now, I'm getting hungry.

Another HUGE vote for the tea tree tingle line. They feel amazing and can do tripple duty, they make my hair happy in an smt, as a co, and as a leave in on the ends. the spa line one that smells like almonds is good too but didnt work as a co one for me. they do have jojoba oil thats good but my hair hates jojoba. their tto is great if you happen to need any. Im mainly wo so i dont go through much stuff anymore but i keep the ttt condish around at all times. Tj's stock is also highly variable depending on your location. many of my fav food things they dont carry here they do in the next county. im sure hair/body stuff is about the same. my sis had a condish of theirs i had never seen before so you may be on an adventure!

I've used the Spa citrus conditioner. I like it well enough.
I've used tea tree tingle, and I have used Giovanni's version. Save the bucks, get TJs.
I get compressed sponges, too.
I get my maple syrup there. Crackers on occasion, weird sweets.
Their all purpose cleaner is nice (part of a gift bag I got).
Wine drinkers have a decent selection.

Has anyone else with extremely protein sensitive hair tried the Tea Tree Tingle shampoo and conditioner? I'd really like to try it, but I'm a bit worried the protein might be a bit too much.

Unrefined coconut oil, way less expensive than at the health food store. Also, their homestyle tortillas rule.

I just got home. :p
I may have spent most of the time staring at the cheese display and reading the backs of conditioner bottles. I think any LHCers in the area would have known immediately.
I ended up with the citrus conditioner, too afraid to test out anything with protein. Also, a very large amount of fresh mozzarella.

Their mozzarella is amazing. I also love their goat cheese. It's about the cheapest I've ever found goat cheese, and it's Yummy! They have a nice brie, as mentioned above, and a really good blue cheese.
Man. I need a TJs run. Oooh! Next time, get their schoolhouse cookies. Do not pass go, do not collect 200.00...
