this is my 3rd time growing out my hair & everytime i look at a picture when my hair was at its longest it makes me want to cry lol i wish i never cut it back when it was at waist length :( i just came across the only picture i have with my hair that long & decided im going to use it as inspiration (im on the left)

side note -- i used a triple barrel curling iron on my hair that night... its not naturally like that, although i wish it was!!

I like looking at LadyLongLocks' pictures. Her hair is so gorgeous that it totally inspires me. I also watch her youtube channel for inspiration.

I like that you posted this, because it really is important to have inspiration for hair growth. When one gets frustrated about their hair getting in the way, or not growing fast enough, or being frizzy, etc, etc, a quick look at what others have achieved is really encouraging.

I don't have a picture of myself for inspiration because my hair has never been long before. Your hair looks great in the picture though. My inspiration is just pictures I see on the internet of long hair ladies... and of course some LHC members.

I have a picture of my waist length hair pre-layers. It looks so much thicker. I look at it when I'm feeling down because I know my hair will get there eventually.

I have some pictures of myself with long hair. I find them somewhat inspiring, but my hair was not well-cared for or in good condition, so they aren't the greatest.
I have an inspiration folder on my computer with pictures of hair that I find inspiring. I try to collect mainly images of hair that is a similar color, texture and thickness to mine.

I am not a member of tumblr but I love to lurk...If I go lurk one page..it leads me to an even better one..and that one leads me to an EVEN better one!

Yes! Totally. I like finding pictures of people with long hair in my thickness and colour so that I have an idea of what mine will look like at that length. I have this one amazing photo that is totally inspirational and makes me so impatient for long hair!

I also look at pictures of my hair from before I cut it if I get the urge to get another haircut as I can be like "Oh, look how pretty it was and how long it would be now if you didn't cut it, do you really want to go through that whole growing process again?"

It's really helped me to figure out what I want with my hair, which is definately length! :D

My hair is almost black (midnight black is what I used to match my roots), and wavy so it's not going to look exactly like the second picture but very close to the fist picture texture wise, but that's what I am going for :cheese:. I've never had longer than hip before I do have a picture though... I have to dig it through, though I was anorexic so I might have trashed it (it's bad for me to look at the older pics). My hair is currently TB.

I don't have any pictures of me because my hair was never longer than now. I used to have a photo of me at 12 for colour inspiration when my virgin hair was still growing out. Now my main inspiration are members of this community :)

When I was a kid I think I might had hip length hair... but I was shorter, so in terms of length in inches it was probably shorter than my hair now.
About being inspired by others' pictures... I like checking albums of my friends with classic (+) hair and threads for those with classic or longer manes. There is no particular pic, I think.
