So the other day I was at the mall. Big whoop.
I was walking past another teenager-aimed store with their One Direction tees and skimpy clothes, when I took notice of the advertisements they had posted up front.

It was a bunch of models with long hair.
Like, LHC-definition of long hair.

Now, obviously they're extensions/photoshopped, but it was interesting to see long hair promoted like that. I've never seen a collection of ads where every model has particularly long hair.

Here are some images, they're all from the website

There were also a few models who had very big buns, they looked a bit like vertical sock buns to me if that makes any sense.

What are your thoughts on this?

When you said long hair on ads I expected BSL, heheh indeed that hair looks photoshopod or extensions, but it's good to see a diference in trends, althoug to be completelly honest I wouldn't want to long hair be the next fad and exclude short hair, I like variety on the people ^-^ if sudenlly everyone starts getting long hair because it's a sudden fad I'd be a little upset I guess (oh, the hipster in me talking) but as I said before good to see a change =)

That's great! I was just thinking today as I went to Walmart and saw many girls and women with at least waist length hair...some even hip length. It gave me joy to see so much of it, and I thought to myself that I was really happy for the whole hair extension craze. I think it really helps take some of the pressure of someone like me having dead straight, bum-length hair. Some of those pics might simply be photoshopped hair.

I really hope to see more ads like that! Although some curly/wavy hair'd be nice too.

Yes--curly or wavy. I think it's pretty common for teens to have long hair, though. Most of the long hair I see here is on teens. They're encouraged to cut it after college to look more grown-up.
