I just hit my four year LHC anniversary. I had to really search to find pictures of my WL hair from when I first got here. My first goal was TB. I got there and decided to give CL try. I think now my goal is finger tip and then I am done. I am about 3" away.
In a twisty half up with some crazy braid waves-

My pre-LHC layers were much shorter, but then so was the rest of my hair-

And here I am at CL, four years later! When I first hit LHC, I really wasn't sure my hair would grow longer. I was cutting off as much hair as I was growing, trying to keep up with the split ends. Now it is growing like a weed, and I am trimming just to maintain the layers and overall hemline. I would like longer layers at some point, but overall, I am really happy with the condition, color, length, and thickness of my hair.

For those interested, my routine is as follows:
I CO wash with Suave Wild Cherry conditioner every other day. I occasionally use Nature's Plus Beauty Bar (http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Plus-Natural-Beauty-Cleansing/dp/B00014EKJC) just on the scalp skin, not the hair. I always rinse with a fairly high concentration of herbal ACV (lavendar, rosemary, chamomile, ginger root, and mint), and follow with a catnip rinse.
Every couple of months I clarify with an SLS shampoo, but prefer to do that from the ears down as my scalp and skin react badly to SLS products. I also use dry shampoo somewhat regularly, either Batiste spray or a mix of silk powder and pearl powder that I made. I only use that on the bang/fringe area, and the part where it gets oily quickly. I brush it out with my BBB, which prevents the whitish residue look. That is the only time my poor BBB gets used.
Other things that have made a positive difference in my hair are satin or silk pillowcases, using a Tangle Teezer often (when I first wake up, when ever I take my hair down, before and right after washing, and before bed), and just generally having fun with my hair, rather than constantly fretting about it. I still wear my hair down or in half ups. I still dye my hair, although I use a deposit only or demi-permanent. I still very occasionally blow dry, or use traditional styling products. I threw away the measuring tape long ago, and now I just enjoy my hair.
Happy growing, fellow LHC-ers! Enjoy your journey. :blossom:
