Technically my one year would have been in July although I had joined even before that but it wasn't until September when I chopped off about 5-6 inches, that I decided to get serious about taking care of my hair. So I consider September my one year!
Wow what a year. I learned so much at LHC and my hair....well not only has it surpassed the length it was this time last year before the chop, but it is sooooo much healthier.
I have ZERO split ends. I haven't cut anything since my chop and I don't even have to S&D anymore!
My hair feels 200% better. I no longer use heat and I have actually learned to style my hair better without.
I stretch washes every six days.
I am sulfate, cone and product free!
I have learned to do (and love) beautiful updos!
And finally I quit bleaching my hair and have a good 4 inches of virgin hair now :D
In summary, I came here with tattered, hopeless hair. Bleached, heat tortured, chemically processed, stripped and dyed again. It was a wreck and now....I have GREAT hair!
