So, I adore cats, love em. And this has what to do with hair? well, I have recently discovered that you can make CAT EARS out of your hair as a hairstyle!!!!! Now, already, most days, I wear those Halloween ears on my head, but they just don't work for every day life all the time. This hairstyle would be the best solution, but sadly, it invloves the dreaded back combing! Does anyone know of any way or can figure out any way that I can make cat ears on my head out of my hair without a hair rat or back combing?

I don't know of a way, but I know there must be videos on Youtube. Or some online tutorials, somewhere.

I watch a lot of Japanese and Korean TV, you can make cat ears out of braids too ^.^

She didn't back comb in this tutorial. Is this the style you are referring to? I'm looking up other tutorials and pictures as well. I'm interested in this style too. It's very cute and wearable. :)

I'm pretty sure you achieve this by using the victory roll technique, which I love. It takes a lot of practice and many tears to figure out though.

Episode 3 of NHK's series "Kawaii International" had a feature of the cat ear trend that is apparently sweeping Tokyo. That had an easy tutorial for cat ear hair...

Sadly NHK don't have the episodes to watch again online, but I bet you could find it online somewhere!
