Red Rapunzel

Hi, Longhairs!
When my hair was thigh-length it was looking very thin in the lower lengths so I had lots of length cut off - up to just below BSL - and was pleased with the results because it then looked much thicker (even tho it wasn't really any thicker).
Now I've discovered another way to achieve an even thicker look: I have made my peace with my lower-length waves and just allow my hair to have its natural wavy/frizzy look in the lengths below neck level because that makes my ponytail look so much thicker! You can see the results in the photos below. I have flat-ironed my hair above neck level and just allowed the hair below neck level to be its fully wavy and frizzy self. I like the new look contrasting smooth and frizzy and love the fullness of it!! Also, I sprayed the excellent product called "It's A 10" on my above-neck hair before straightening it. Incidentally, no mousse was used on my hair this time - mousse would've made my hair look even thicker.
Note: My hair looks very red in the photo taken with flash and is more its natural color in the other photo done without flash. My natural redness changes drastically according to the lighting.
