This is how I give my very straight hair super deep waves. No chemicals =D

I'm going to explain how to get waves like the ones below.
You'll need some long strips of fabric, and some hair elastics/rubber bands.
After washing, dry the hair until it's 90% dry, and detangled
^Section off an amount of hair. Smaller sections make more waves, and dry faster. Larger sections make larger more loose waves. (I made my sections quite large).
^Take a long strip of fabric and place it over the section of hair. The ends of the fabric should dangle down, and the middle of the strip should be resting on the hair.
^take the strand of hair and wrap it around one of the fabric ends, then wrap it around the other end...This part is really hard to explain, but it will kinda feel like you're making a 3 strand braid. One piece will be your hair section and the other two pieces will be the fabric ends. Hopefully the pictures are getting the message across..
^more images to get the idea across.
^ wind the hair down to the very ends.
^ I use a very small rubber band to hold the two sides of the fabric strip together. This keeps the hair from unwinding it's self while you're sleeping.
^Glamorous lol. This is where I go to sleep and let the hair finish drying!
^In the morning I take the rubber band off the bottom of the fabric and unwind the hair. Then the wave pattern is something like this.
So the advantage with my waving method vs. braid waves is that the hair has a wave to the very end. I also find that they last longer quite a long time in my super straight hair.
