Does Jodie Foster hendigo?

I just watched the movie Nell with Jodie Foster and Liam Neeson and I swear her hair is hendigoed in it.

The crazy henna shine, the bright red glow in the sun and the almost black in the shade, the soft straighness of it, the depth of color, it looked exactly like mine when I used to hendigo.

Would movie stars really take the time and do natural treatments like that?

It does look like it, doesn't it.

I bet if you looked at the credits, you could find out the stylist. If you could find an email or look at their "my space" page.
I've asked questions of minor people on movies before and gotten a response.

I wonder this whenever I see Eva Green in Casino Royale. Her hair is very dark shiny in the movie, but in the scenes where she's in the sun, it has a red glow to it. I can't really find a good picture from the movie online, but if you google her you can get an idea of what I mean.

Ah yes, Eva Green does have that red glow, and that shine too. She is very pretty.

Gladtobemom, would a salon really take all that time and do a 4 hour or longer henna treatment? I guess when a movie star is paying they certainly would!

I'm just amazed the stars would do an all natural time consuming treatment as opposed to just running in and throwing on some dye instead. I guess they would have to make the time for it if the movie called for that color, and how their hair gets treated it would need something good for it once in a while.

There are lots of salons in the Los Angeles area, especially around where there are populations of people from India and Pakistan that do Henna.

While you have the Henna on your head, you can get a manicure, pedicure, body exfoliation (you haven't lived till you've had a full body salt exfolitation), & waxing. Then, when it's time to take out the henna, they pour on a mixture of water and amla oil and other stuff to rinse it out. In my case, My hair was rolled on huge rollers and then I took a nice long shower and had my whole body oiled.

By the time I left, I'd spent about $300 and I was sooooo happy to do so.

The things I miss most about CA are the Korean Spa, Long Hair Specialists in Pasadena, and Sadia's Salon on Pioneer Blvd.

But would you really henna indigo if you only wanted the color for a movie? Both are so hard impossible to remove? And Jodie Foster is at most a dark blonde, or light brunnett. Elumen prehaps, or maybe a color call Logistics. I can't image wanting to henna indigo just for a temporary need.

Very true Blueglass, good point. It was just so darn shiny though.

Movie stars can really put themselves through hell for a movie though, look at Tom Hanks and his weight loss in Cast Away, and Renée Zellweger's gain in Bridget Jones. Not a hair color issue but wow, to go that far for a role. So to have to grow out some hendigo doesn't seem so difficult, or not as difficult as what others do to themselves.

Money I guess, it talks.

It's possible sure - (look at Demi Moore in G.I. Jane.) Still, if your going to be brunette one minute,
and blonde the next, not that likely. Yet Jodie Foster does very few roles. Even so I think It's more likely on a soap, like "Bobby Spenser "on G.H.
