I don't. I just put an old wool ski hat and my head heats it up.
ok this may seem a silly question but if you dont have a dryer how do you heat your towel when wrapping your head for treatments??? please do tell??

I always throw my towel in the dryer for a few minutes on high heat and then voila.
I would do that, but for some reason I have towel issues. I don't think ever in my life have I been able to put a towel on my head somehow without feeling like it was unbalanced and heavy and unstable and about to fall off at any second. So, I use the hat.

I wet it with hot water ring it out then throw it in microwave when gets cold for 5 minutes put it on my head and wait for 30 minutes to remove it.
I actually bought a hair wrap thing, stays better than a towel for me (big unhandy things), just put in the microwave and then on the head.
Pound shops sell turbie towels, I just wet and put in microwave for a couple of minutes, put on my head and then cover with cling film to keep the heat in.
