I think the color looks lovely, it's my ideal shade of redhead.
What I did. about 200g reshma henna, 2 c distilled water (haven't used that before thought I'd try it ) juice from one lemon. heated the water and lemon to just warm poured in henna until thick and smooth ( apparently not thick enough because this was by far the most irritating henna drip-wise I have ever done!) Let it sit about 30 mins decided before hand that I would put my hair in a low ponytail and apply dry this time as well, my hair goes so dark when its wet that I really cant tell where I've put the henna. I sectioned the pony tail and applied. then did my roots and around my face and nape with a brush then glopped the rest on my head put length in braid and laid it on top of my head. put on shower cap and dripped, and dripped, and dripped. Got saran wrap out and took off shower cap and threw it away wrapped around the edges like a turban then put fresh shower cap on. Dripped some more. then 17 yr old son came home with the new girl he's seeing and I got introduced as a saran wrapped shower capped mom yay for first impressions left on 2 and 1/2 hours., did a mermaid rinse and went to bed. would post pics but pic feature still down for me (see avatar for latest henna pic

Ooh! It came out beautiful! I love a henna. It smells outdoorsey, looks pretty, and sparkles in the sun. You did a great job in spite of the annoying dripping!
