PolarCathy, I got it from Deal Extreme. They take forever to ship, but it is cheap and pretty good quality! It is my favorite hairtoy right now.

Wow thanks! I know that shop. Just never thought they had anything potentially hair-related : )))))))

S+D, coconut oil and a scalp massage.

I put some Toadstool conditioner on the ends and put my hair in a pony tail (it was curled but the wind and heat made it look weird so up it went).

hennaed my roots! (I missed a lot, but will probably get them next time) My hair is soft and outdoorsey smelling now!

    henna keeps it
red, and red makes me happy.
Pixied for 15+ years and liked it.
    Growing for fun.

I've just let it down to apply a palmful of oleo-curl intense. I love the stuff. It was probably more than a palmful, all over my length and ends (especially the ends). My stylist said a walnut-sized dollop was enough, but yeah right. Walnuts go nowhere with my hair. I've found it's easier to under-condition than to overdo it.

Now it's well-covered and up in a bun so my cat doesn't try to eat it. Going to leave it in until tonight or tomorrow morning before rinsing it out.
You cannot prevent the birds of sadness from passing over your head, but you can prevent their making a nest in your hair.

Nothing so far, but in two minutes when my brother gets out of the bathroom (such a vain guy), I'll wash my scalp with nizoral, condition, detangle, scrtich and oil it

Goal met and exceeded, now what?
I have curly virgin hair which is currently tailbone length un-stretched.
