Ideally, how often would you like to deep condition?
I know some things can keep us from getting deep moisturizing conditioning, but if there were no distractions, what would be your ideal number of treatments?

I said every other week. I only wash my hair twice a week, so doing it more than every other week just seems like overkill. Once a week would be deep conditioning my hair 50% of the times I wash it, and that just seems excessive. My hair never seems noticeably better after I deep condition, so I don't think it really needs it any more often, though I do think I get some benefit from it.

I deep condition every time I wash my hair, two to three times a week. My hair seems to like it, it's smooth and silky, and detangling is a lot easier

I almost always condition and put a mask (cca 30 min) every time i wash my hair, which is twice a week.

I like deep oil treatments, and I do once a week in summer. But in winter, it is very hard to stay with oil for me. But ideally I want once a week

I never deep condition, but I probably should. More than once a month would be too much hassle for me.
I want to finally get back to Classic. Growing again starting March 2018.

I just did my first treatment (SMT) last night and my hair loved it. I didn't realize how dry it was before because it just felt normal to me.
I don't know when I'm going to do it next, but my hair get's washed a lot so I'm going to say once a week.

I voted every other week. If I deep condition more often then that, my hair gets really flat.
