I'd like to think I have a routine but truthfully, money permitting, I'm up for anything. I just tried a new oiling technique today and I just tried mineral oil as a leave-in for my last wash. About a month ago, I started alternating CWC with a sulfate-free shampoo. Before that, I wanted to see how coney I could go with my hair.

Looks like I'm more into experimenting than I thought.

Kind of sad though, I'd like to be a minimalist, but I'm not sure I'm cut out for it.

OK I have a routine but I can't say how permanent it is...

I guess I have a routine but when I have money I am experimenting Mostly with oils, hair toys, and shampoo/conditioners.
But in my mind, I would love to be able to benign neglect. And I am trying...but it is very hard for an impulsive person to do

A bit of both I have to say, I enjoy trying different methods and products out of boredom and curiousity mostly but that being said I'm a pretty low maintenance kinda gal and generally prefer to just leave it be

I'm just starting to discover this hair care world so I'm experimenting with everything that catches my eye

I've been experimenting quite a bit, but I'm starting to get into a routine as I find what my hair likes a long the way.

I'll experiment if I hear about something that might work for me and I'm in a mood to experiment, otherwise I might bookmark it and hope I think to look when I'm feeling experimental.

My current routine is wash 1-3 time a week with generic shampoo and conditioner. One drop of jojoba on the roots while damp to combat clean hair frizzies and a couple drops of coconut on the length and ends to help seal in moisture. Comb, damp bun and forget about it.

While I was visiting my sister I didn't think to bring any jojoba and asked her if she had some. She did not but did have Morrocan hair oil (argon oil) which I just loved so now I have my eye out every time I go into a store to try and find a bottle for myself.

I experiment occasionally I switch it up, but generally I'm helpfully lazy for my hair.

Heavy oil, wash and condition, finger comb with conditioner, rinse at the end of shower then light oil again.

Things I am getting ready to try:

Protective hair styles (as soon as my hair is long enough).
Wide tooth comb as soon as I can find/afford one.

What is Monistat, what does it do, and where do you get it? Never heard of it.
