Default Gold Flower Goody Spin Pin

I finally found the gold flower Goody Spin Pin Luxe. I had seen them in silver, but I have brown hair, I don't feel it really matches.

Anyway, I had to try it out, and so far I'm liking it. I thought it might balance a little differently with the metal flower, and it does, but it's not bad.

(I live in Oklahoma and found it at a CVS Pharmacy).

Cool! I didn't know they made embellished spinpins. I have the plain ones. I also would prefer the gold color.

Embellished spin pins? That sounds perfect. I've never seen them. I wonder if I could make some...

I have the silver one and I don't think I like it. I've broken hairs putting it in and taking it out each time.

They have embellished spin pins? Man, why do I always find out about cool new things when I don't have the money to go and buy them. This is just another thing I have to add on my payday shopping list. I love the original spin pins and having some fancy ones would make me very happy! I would probably get the gold ones too since my hair is brown, but sometimes I like the contrast between the warm brown and the cool silver.

I bought a pair of spin pins at Clare's (that little accessory store in the mall), they are gold with pearls on top, they hold nicely and look pretty.

I saw the gold ones, but usually only wear silver. I gave it a pass, but I was tempted.

I've been meaning to see if Claire's has any hair accessories that are adult appropriate. Those sound perfect. I'll have to check it out the next time I am brave enough to go to the mall. Ugh. I hate the mall.

Why not? It should be easy enough, as the shape of the spin top makes that pretty convenient. The only boundaries would be the limits of your imagination! I'm thinking vintage bling jewelry....
