    Default catnip/hops rinse

    I have a catnip/hops mixture I put together as a sleep aid.
Wondering if hops have any positive properties for hair as a rinse . . .

Probably, since people seem to like beer rinses.

For the conditioning benefits of catnip not so much because of the hops resins, http://www.beer-brewing.com/beer-bre...nstituents.htm

They will build-up and limit acces to the hair of the catnip. As a rinse not a treatment - at first it may be fine - until they build-up.

That's what I was thinking; actually 3 weeks into successful SO method, so I'd hate to screw up my sebum balance. But ya know how it goes: the experimentation bug has bitten.

Experimentation can be great - researching first can help prevent some bad results - I learned that over the years.
