More to follow about the shampoo and conditioner.
I bought some products by Patrick Curelle. They are made in my city of Vancouver and claim to be natural. I would like to know if the ingredients are good and if there are silicones or proteins in them besides the obvious ones. In general any advice is appreciated.
Hydra Shampoo: Purified Water, Decylpolyglucose*, Na Coco Hydrolysed Soy Protein*, Sucrose Cocoate*, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein, Wheat Oligosaccharides, Xanthan Gum, Panthenol, Lonicera Japonica, Citric Acid.
*= cleansing agents derived from coconut, corn, coco and soy (no GMO).
Riche Conditioner: Purified Water, Behentrimonium Methosulphate (not the toxic sulphate), Hydrolysed Wheat Proteins, Wheat Oligosacharides, Cetearyl Alcohol (non-drying), Lonicera Japonica.
Build up Remover: Water, Xanthan Gum, Inosositol, Magnesium Salicylate.

Check this link out, you can put in any ingredient and get some decent info. on it.

Shampoo:
Water: obvious
Decylpolyglucose: true, this is a gentle surfactant
Na Coco Hydrolysed Soy Protein: I think this is just a protein, rather than a cleansing agent like they say
Sucrose Cocoate: mild surfactant
Hydrolysed Wheat Protein: big protein
Wheat Oligosaccharides: wheat carbohydrates
Xanthan gum: thickener
Panthenol: vitamin b5
Lonicera Japonica: Japanese honeysuckle
Citric Acid: probably there as a preservative, pH balancer, or both
Conclusion: If you don't have problems with protein or panthenol, this looks like a nice mild shampoo. The key thing is your hair needing protein or at least being able to stand up to it. The proteins that are here are some big proteins, and some people can handle other ones but have problems with these.
