No because I wear that one in a Chinese bun. That way, the hooks stay away from my hair. She custom made me that one. Most of her sticks aren't like that.

I had never seen a hairjems stick like that so thats why I asked! I just thought the hooks were there intentionally - if you put pins in your hair and attached the hooks to the pins it could look quite spectacular, but also cause lots of tangles!No because I wear that one in a Chinese bun. No the hooks are there intentionally, but not for that reason. They are actually horseshoe charms, which is the symbol of my favorite team, the colts.
