new in here. Where to start?

Hello

I'm new in here.
2 years ago i cut my hair (very short!), and now it's 40cm.. (i don't know how to insert a picture?)

I think I will start using castor oil. But how often should I use it?
Likewise, I have read that many of you eat MSM. How long it took before it worked for you?
Have read in here the last couple nights, but hope you have a little start tips for me.

As a new member myself, I recommend spacing out new hair experiments. I found myself trying everything new the minute I had a chance.
I went from washing my hair every other day to sometimes twice a day so I could try new methods lol

Perhaps you could share your current hair routine and describe any issues you're having. So many members have amazing ideas and suggestions

I wash my hair in shampoo every other day (runs every other day, so think it needs) and use conditioner. Every second week, I use coconut oil throughout the hair.
After two operations, it is unfortunately starting to fall off (going to the doctor Friday), but luckily I had very thick hair before it started to fall off.
After the bath, I use morrocanoil (but it consists almost entirely of silicone, so would love to have another hair routine!).

I eat fish oil every day. After the operations I have started on vegan multi-vitamins and B-vitamins (including biotin). I think i will buy MSM tomorrow! Anything for my hair!

I dyed my hair every 6 week (dark) ..

I hope you have some advice :-)
