KelliCat, sticks from Jeter? very Beautiful! I didn't even know that Mr Jeter makes sticks! They are gorgeous and such an unusual shape! they seem so big too! How is the hold and the comfort level with these? they look extremely beautiful and decorative in your hair!!!!! Wonderful buy!

ha, and now that I got happy with Clarkie and KelliCat I forgot I came here to post my broken fork.
    so here it is

I am thinking to buy the ZapAGap glue, Mr Jeter advised on using a superglue ( he did not say wood glue)
what do you guys think ? salvageable? I still have to wait for the glue to arrive from US.

Yay, received my 3 prong Honduras Mahogany today. I was afraid that 6" would be way to long for fine hair barely past BSL, but my cinnabun is already almost eating it. One inch shorter would definitely have been too short. I'm happy, it fits but I won't outgrow it within a year.

I'll drop a pic later. Ugly oiled hair at the moment.

Sorry I forgot to get back to you, Adiro! I texted my DH the question and forgot to follow through. Definintly go with what mr jester said, but we used epoxy. He used it on advice of a woodworking friend, but he has no hair toy experience

Wow, Clarkie, those are three lovely forks!!!
They look terrific in your hair, too.

Kelli Kat, of course I am very happy for you, and thrilled that you enjoy those beautiful sticks... But darnit, now I'm going to have to buy some Jetersticks, too!
They look great. Do they hold as well as the forks / other sticks?

    Adiro, such sad pictures.
I hope you'll be able to fix it!

I'm not Kelli Kat, but I have a Jeter stick and I can tell you that it holds really really well. There's something about the flat, curved shape that's really comfy and holds very well.

Thank you for the compliments Adiro yes the holly is white. I hope to keep it from yellowing by keeping it out of the dark. I have a pair of holly sticks which are now quite yellow because I have been keeping them in a drawer.
The Bois du rose topper is the same as the other 2 forks. They are all 4&1/2 inch prongs.
