I read once that the seaweed used in sushi was very close to being a super food. Don't know anything else or if it is good for hair in particular though.
I was reading online that certain seaweeds can be used to help hair growth and can over all be good for the body. Has anyone noticed this? I dont eat it often, only in my sushi lol. I wonder if there are any products that use it to help hair growth or if it can only show any effect by being consumed?

My hair grows fast, and I eat a lot of seaweed and protein. You have to eat 2 sheets a day though which is a lot ( I do it, it's doable). I get mine from costco for 5 bucks a month supply.

I love seaweed, especially dillisk (palmaria palmata). So good. Here you can get it in healthfood shops completely unprocessed, just dried.

What? You can EAT seaweed? What does it taste like??
The dried seaweed sheets, nori, are kinda crispy and tear apart easily. I love the toasted kind, just take a piece and stuff it in my mouth. Some would compare it to dried kale in texture. It's slightly salty and is a bit of an acquired taste. And, different brands can taste vastly different (with some tasting not as good as others). If you're used to eating potato chips, it might getting some used to!
Note to self: Master my hair, do not let my hair master me.
I take a form of sea weed. For a girl in her 50's (Oo, hard for me to say) I think my hair is pretty good. I have seen in Trader Joe's a sea weed snack, but have not tried it.
I eat it a lot and I am a fast grower too. I like to put it in soup, veggie sushi, and I love seaweed cracker~yum!
