I recently got into using CV bars and absolutely love how they make my hair look and feel! However, I haven't used them in about a month because of lack of time and convenience. I decided to give them another go today (with CV Extra Honey Beer & Egg) and it's wonderful! Really worth it and better than ANYTHING else I have tried!

Another CV addict here! I´ve been using CV bars exclusively since September 2006. My routine is pretty much like Neoma´s: Lather, massage, rinse, repeat, repeat, vinegar rinse, done.

By the way, does anyone know how I can submit my shampoo bar article to the articles´ section? It seems I don´t have permission to post there, so should I send it to a mod or what?

    I'm a PLHbar user.
I don't use VCbars because often there is sheabutter in the bars and I'm allergic to shea.
I use Naomes method only I do it once. Once is enough for me. From time to time I do a citricacid rinse as a last rinse.

NP, lora. I thought that you might be confusing them with Lush, but I wasn't sure.

The Lush bars look amazing and smell wonderful, but I had to walk out after reading the ingredients. Its too bad that synthetic products and flashy packaging seem to do so well for the masses. In a perfect world, I'd be able to walk into a mall and buy a wonderful shampoo bar with no nasty ingredients.

    Ah well. I can dream.

I have a bar of Lush Karma Komber in the bathroom, and I have used it a couple of times. It truly is just a solid SLS shampoo. The reason I bought it is that is smells divine. I pick it up and sniff it from time to time, but I may end up using it as body soap -- I don't think I want to use it on my hair.

from the descriptions on the site, I think she's using both.
She mentions in the FAQ that some natural ingredients oxidize.

I went and ordered two of the CV bars. The summer sunshine and the clay one. Everything else was out of stock. I'm looking forward to trying them
