Show us your blonde hair!

I'm posting my new length (or shortness shots):

All of the pictures are taken back to back, in natural daylight but no sunshine, and show this much variation!

I need this thread, I struggle with being a blonde. I went to a salon to look at those color tufts and a stylist came to help to hold the swatches next to my roots and she told my hair was level 8 natural blonde with some darker hair in the underneath layers. And she told me it was only going to get blonder in the sun. Well, obviously

I was a light blonde kid and I thought my hair had darkened a lot, in fact I think it grew in much darker after taking chemo(for Crohn's not cancer)... I've been dyeing my hair a lot and it's only been natural in my adult life for a very short while when I shaved and then it was hard to tell the color but I could have sworn it was darker.

I still feel like dark haired person... I think I should have been dark as my mom and granma were (that's granma in my avatar and profile pics). My DD seems to be a brunette too.

So I have to get used to this shorter hair AND being a blonde, that's a lot swallow, LOL!!!!!!!

I'm working on it but any inspiration I can find, I'l take!!!

I don't have many color acurate pictures. This is the latest one, which is a warm temporary honey color over faded light brown. Looks a lot lighter outside, I may add another picture later.

I also have an ashy medium blonde inside and outside (it's by the window really).

My avatar shows my current hair and two-toned blonde. Dark blonde roots are down to neck-length. I'm just glad the whole ombre thing is fashionable right now. Some people might think I actually want it to look like this!

I wish I could show you all my roots with a real camera since my webcam makes them look reddish o.o

For me the longer my hair is the blonder it looks and it also depends on the angle. Examples:

My hair has a lot of natural highlights and I guess it depends also on the lighting? I usually just call myself blonette
