For those that use Lush, can you tell me your experience on the shipping? I ordered on May 26 and was told to expect it between June 2 and June 10. Still no Lush and tomorrow is the 10th.
For a total (including s&h) of $31 for one bar, I would think it would be shipped a bit quicker.

Delivery exception????? I've been home every day; most of the day. I have not seen a delivery slip notification or anything from fedex. I'll be gone today for one hour between 11:30and 12:30 and then again between 3:00 and 6:00. I left a note on the door for them to leave the Lush package at my door.

Oh, I do not feel this is a Lush problem, but a fedex problem. Just seems strange to take so long and then not get any notification *if they have* been to my door and I was gone.

Poor BrianaFineHair, I'm sorry you're having the frustration of waiting around for deliveries. I know what it's like - only too well!
What have you ordered, just out of interest?
See, this is why I always prefer to go into Lush stores and pick up my own goods directly. Is this out of the question for you, in the future?
Anyway, definitely email your Lush sales department as soon as possible.
As a bit of a Lush-lover, I shall now be anxiously awaiting the arrival of your parcel!
Hey I just ordered one bar of caca marron henna. My husband phoned today and was told the delivery guy could not get in the gate because the code was not working. Well, DHL, UPS, and US Mail get in with no problem. We've gotten FedEx deliveries in the past with no problem. DH gave the delivery manager the code and his cell number. Also told them if we are not home to please leave the parcel next door.
As far as I know, there are no Lush stores anywhere near me. I live in a small town. I'll go to the Lush site and see if I can put in my zip code to find the nearest store...
I'm looking forward to getting my Lush!

I had this issue with FedEx before too. Everyone else got in the gate fine, but not FedEx ... I wonder why.
I feel your pain. Not with Lush, but with FedEx. Eventually I got so frustrated I just called and told them to hold the package at their delivery center and I'd come by to pick it up myself. What a pain in the ..... yeah.
