I'm so happy for you that you had a wonderful experience at this new salon with a new stylist. Its great that he took so much time and patience with you, it shows how much he cares about his clients. I'm sure your new haircut looks wonderful.............please post new pics when you get the chance!

That sounds wonderful! It's great to be helped by someone who obviously takes pride in their work and wants the customer to have a good experience.

I think it's great that he understood by the health and length of your hair just what it meant to you. And he really listened to you! What respect!! What an amazing experience.
