I have never ever trimmed by the moon before, and since it is full moon tonight and i see alot of other people cut their hair yesterday/today, I did a tiny trim of 5 mm to get rid of some splits. I really hope this has something in it:P
Some years ago when i worked in a salon i had this old nice lady coming in to cut her hair once in a while. she was such a sweet lady and she was talking about something about the moon, and she had to wait until a special day to cut it I guess she would have loved this thread

when do you girls trim? i mean morning/afternoon/evening/night. does it matter? I mostly do it in the evenings, I think...
I have read mixed theories on this. Is it better to trim At the start of a new moon or on a full moon after its getting smaller again?

Starting over short and working towards virgin hair!
Mesmerise, I think you mean the moon is waning (shrinking) after it's full.

I am very interested in this - anything to speed up growing out my pixie! I want to cut my mullet bits in early March (or late Feb if that's more auspicious). Does anyone know the best date around this time?
I think it's the 8th march for the full moon so I'll aim for that
