Bangs or No Bangs?

I've been tempted to cut bangs back into my hair because of Nikki Lane, but I always regret it! I'd like to say never again since they're the same length as the rest of my hair (between chin and shoulder) for only the second time in my life, but I know myself too well. They are lovely frames for the eyes, but a pain to style and maintain and then just to grow them out again!

Nope! I've never had bangs, but my hair is very uhm...fluffy/light? When it's short it doesn't hang down, even though it's only 1c, it's very prone to fluffiness. I'd just have little clouds around my face. Although I love the look of bangs, I'd need to commit to some sort of daily styling, and I am not sure how to do that! Maybe one day!

No bangs. I'm not cool enough! Plus, I don't have the right texture for them. They look great on others but if go crazy if they were on me.

Definitely not for me. I have basically a perfectly round face, so bangs are not flattering on me in the slightest :P (I used to have them when I was a kid... mum's decision...).

Long time after I voted in this poll, I'm still in the "no bangs" camp. The memory of how my bangs were wavy and messy, absolutely unlike the heavy, straight bangs that I dreamt of, keeps me from wanting them again. I wish some good hairdresser had told me back then that bangs on wavy hair aren't going to end up like the pictures I brought with me to the salon.

I've never had them and never wanted to. I'm not into that kind of upkeep, and honestly with my hair texture and face shape I can't imagine bangs going at all well. Thin wurly frizzy/fluffy bangs don't sound like my cup of tea.

I have bangs because I have such a high forehead, the bangs give my face more even proportions.

I have them, but I'm trying to grow them out. I have no idea why I keep trying them out. I always hate them on my face shape, but every two years or so I give it another go. I'm hopeless.

I'm currently growing a fringe with the rest of my hair, I don't think I will get them again until my hair gets back to their original thickness, and that will take a few years and a good trim.

But I do love them in general, in my opinion they suit nearly everyone. I personally think the only people it doesn't suit well, are folks with small foreheads.
