where to find silk scarves for hair?

years ago, I bought a scarf online, from a store that no longer exists and I'm kicking myself for only buying one...

it's probably not even a foot wide, and probably 4 feet long, but very delicate silk. It's just right for folding or bunching & wearing as a headband, but I haven't a clue where to find more...the hair-toy sticky seems to have mostly barrettes and hair sticks...

any ideas?

I personally found a heap load of good ones on Ebay. There are some only $1 each. Mind, they're usually from China, but I've seen very good ratings and had great experiences with all I'd ordered from so far. I usually ask them for details if they aren't already posted. Quite frankly a lot of them do a great job getting back to me.

If you can post a photo of what you have, I can try to see if any sellers I watch are selling something similar. I was looking for some scarves recently. I like to interweave scarves in my hair (if you can't already tell).

I have bought some from ebay, as well. I bought a really cute one from Land's End last year, but it's not sold anymore.

thanks for the suggestion, I'll check e-bay...would etsy have anything?

lemme see if I can put a picture in here...hopefully they won't be too big

it's about a foot wide...not too much fringe at the bottom so it's not heavy

fairly sheer which is nice

but closer to 5 feet than the 4 I stated yesterday!

I've found loads at Macy's, Nordstrom, and Marshalls. They're wonderful, and so versatile.

so many colors! one for each outfit!

sucker that I am, I went for the buy 4, get 1 free deal and I've got another 8 picked out if they actually get here in good shape!
