Under "My Activity," there are tabs for "All," yourself, and "Friends." It defaults to "All," so I think you're seeing activity from everyone on your friend list, and the most recent happens to be from Growing Glory. If you click the tab for yourself, you'll just see your own activity.

Sorry if this has already been asked but how can I delete my blog? I select my entries and click delete of moderations, the whole process happens, but my entries are still there, however with a note that they have been deleted.

ETA Ok, I've found the thread in the Site Support. No hard deletion.
