How often do you ACV Rinse?

I tried searching for a similar thread, but the search engine thinks my words are too short... I'm ready to take the ACV plunge and I've found plenty of info on ratios, but nothing really about how often to do it! Can I get some help, please?

Also, before or after conditioning?

I think most people do it after conditioner or instead of conditioner. i do it after . maybe two to three times a week. It actually helps my scalp from itching alot the more i rinse with acv.Everybody is different what works for one doesnt work for another.Give it a try a see how your hair and scalp like it.

I usually do it whenever I wash my hair, after shampooing and conditioning (actually CWCing).

So once every few days.

Also after I henna. (1-2x a month)

I used to use vinegar rinses mainly for my scalp. My hair tends toward dry, so I would use ACV about every other wash. I used it between the shampoo and conditioner, so that the conditioner would do its moisturizing work, and the vinegar wouldn't smell so much while it was drying.

I did a 1:6 ACV rinse (meaning 1 part ACV, 6 parts water) after shampooing and before conditioning to demineralize my hair from the hard water we have here. My conditioner worked so much better and my hair has felt great since! Now i am doing it after CWC with a lesser ratio. I am not doing it every single time though, probably every other time and i wash every 2-3 days. I hope you find what works for you.

I use ACV instead of conditioner. But, back when I used conditioner, I'd do an ACV rinse right after. So, every wash, which was about every 3-4 days.

I pour about 1/2 cup of white vinegar or 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid powder into a quart bottle, fill the bottle with cold water, shake well, and pour over my hair after washing. It does not need to be rinsed out, and since I have very hard water, I never rinse it out. I don't use conditioner, just the acid rinse, every time I wash my hair. Works great.

I rinse with ACV every time I wash my hair, so 2-3 times a week.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but I also want to start using vinegar rinses, my question is does it have to be ACV, or will white vinegar work just as well?
It's no big deal for me to go out and get some ACV, but I always have tons of white vinegar around for cleaning and hey, anything to save a buck here and there. The vinegar I have now is distilled white diluted with water to 5% acidity.

I use ACV but I use braggs. do you guys just use regular acv?

also what is your ratio to water?
I do it about once a week.
