It sounds like an egg wash with a few extras added in. I had great success washing with eggs and I think you will too.
Okay,so I'm thinking of washing my hair with a natural shampoo DIY with these ingredients: honey(melted),vinegar,1 egg,(optional eseential oils or lemons). Will it be clean or greasy after I wash it?
ETA:
Oh,alcohol is one of the ingredients 2,but I don't think I'm gonna use it!

I'm eager to hear how it goes.

Honestly, you'll have to try it. Some people do better with egg washes than others.
You might find that you need to rinse it out with cold water. There have been lots of reports of issues with egg congealing and getting stuck in the hair of those who rinse with hot water.

Egg washes gave me serious protein overload. But it definitely cleaned my hair!
Just an eggyolk did the job for me. Try to remove the white stuff attached to it before use, this will cook in warm water.
When you try your mixture with the whole egg, use cold water like Anje said.
Good luck!

I find using egg occasionally works well but cant do it to often as my hair doesent like much protein. No matter how cold the water is I use, it always seems to cook in my hair. But it combs out. Hope it works well for you.
It really sounds more like a conditioner to me but you could try it and it might have a good moisturizing effect on your hair. My only concern would be getting all of the honey washed out.
I've done a very similar "shampoo" many times before which has egg yolk, honey, and some lemon juice. It worked very well for me for a while. I would massage it onto my scalp thoroughly, and then leave it on for about 10 minutes, then rinse very well. I also followed with a very mild acidic rinse (either vinegar or citric acid).

What you've posted there looks like it might be drying. I do an egg wash from time to time. No vinegar or lemon, usually no essential oils either, have to be very careful with those as even a small amount of many of them can be drying. Egg white is protein-concentrated and can be drying. Some use just the yolk; I use the whole egg and counter by adding oil (not essentials, olive or coconut or jojoba.) Not sure how much, but a lot more than you'd think -- just a tiny smear of oil on my dry hair can leave it looking like I dipped my head in the stuff, but I might use up to a -- I don't know, maybe a 1/2 tsp. or even more in an egg wash, with no greasy after-effects at all.
