I love those sticks! I wanted one of those pearl acrylics they had, but was waiting for a shorter one. I so hope they do come back. Their sticks are so unique, there really is no other place to get anything like them. For now I'll have to be content with what I have.

Does anyone know if their lantern toppers are heavy? I'm planning to do a cinnabun and sticking the stick at an angle so that the Lantern will stick slightly on top. I'm wondering if by the end of the day if the weight of the lantern will move at a horizontal position with a cinnabun. I know I could do the lazy wrap but I've noticed that a lot of buns puts the stick at a horizontal position. I want a bun that will allow the stick to be at a slanted position like this: /. The only bun I can think of is a cinnabun.

Thanks! I love seeing some of your collection as I was browsing through this thread. I just wish I will have the opportunity to grow my collection.

Just do whatever bun you want at a different angle. If you start off at an angle off from where you'd start with a horizontal-ended style, you'll end up with the stick at an angle instead of horizontal.

They're taking a break with no definite date set for their return.

(I'm hoping -- and the wording of their shop announcement does suggest -- that they WILL reopen eventually.)

There's a new announcement up that explains it further. Essentially, they're burned out and need a break, which is very understandable. It must be stressful to be that popular a shop. I hope they enjoy their break, and come back to us relaxed and with some beautiful new designs.

It says they are planning on re-opening sometime in August. I still wanted a few more sticks

, so I will be patiently waiting.

That is good news. I am glad that they are not ill and that they plan on returning soon. I'm sure we will all be stalking their shop regularly until they come back.
