OK, I did it... I asked for a LadyIdun custom.

And all I can think of is, 'why didn't I ask for a LadyIdun custom before?' and 'How long until I can ask for another again?'.

Seriously, Richard and Melissa have to be some of the nicest sellers I've ever come across in Etsy, and the care and dedication Richard puts into doing custom work are amazing. He not only came up with a stunning design based on my (very vague) idea, but he worked really hard to make sure that I was 100% sure that I loved it before he listed it, and even offered to remake it for me in case I'd gone made and changed my mind half-way through the design process!

And I got to name the design and everything.

I already have one LadyIdun that I bought months ago, and I have to say that between the excellent quality, the gorgeous colours, the water-proofness of it all, and the excellent customer service, I have the temptation to start a collection of these...

dftow that is stunning! I have just ordered a custom from them too, it is a solid ivory acrylic colour, which I have been looking for without success for so long.....

I love that design! Amber Smoke is of the neatest colors, too, for sure. Was there an upcharge for ordering a stick in dual colors?

I really have to fight my collecting habit with these... There are several colors I want to order customs in!

There was a small upcharge of 5 dollars, but that was both for the use of two acrylics *and* because I asked for quite a bit more usable length than they usually give their sticks. It seemed to me a very reasonable price, in any case...

And I'm fighting the same fight... that Ivory colour keeps calling my name, not to mention all those lovely glass-like clear colours...
