Default Honey - what kind s best for hair use

I am going to buy some honey later today to use on my hair, I want to give the SMT a try tomorrow.

My question is, what type of honey is best for hair use? The thin runny kind, or the type that is more set and kind of 'crystallised'?

Is more expensive better, or will cheap and cheerful do just as well?

    Thanks Lovelies

Go with the cheap, runny and cheerful. It will work just as well and will blend in a recipe better.
