(it's coming up on wash day and has been bunned and only finger combed today so excuse the slight rattiness of it. the ends look a lot drier than they are haha)

Love your wave pattern. Its funny, we are the same "length" in inches but our hair lengths dont look super similar visually against our bodies!
Your hair looks loads longer than mine. Thicker too.

one day tbl will be mine lol... one day

First pic of my hair where it actually looks as long as it is! It's a bit past TBL (mid butt), but since I'm cutting back soon I'm not graduating from this thread yet.

I was pleasantly surprised by this pic, and I think my ends look better then what they actually are. Do you think my ends look very damaged?

It's unbrushed, airdried, 95% dry hair btw

Hair thickness:6.2 cm (2.4'') Longest: TBL + Current length: APL (maintaining) Goal length: Waist

Beautiful, lucid! And I don't see any damage at all!

Here are my length shots today. First pic is wet hair, second pic is mostly dry.

I'm calling hip today! I was going to wait some weeks to come here from the waist to hip thread, but since my hair looks like hip in all the pics some LHCers told me to call it... Well, at most I'll cheat by 0,5cm

Happy to be here Now, 4" to BCL!

Alright I’ve been a bit lazy, but that’s due in part to me trying to not obsess. I’m not measuring constantly, not staring in the mirror 5x a day straining to see damage or growth or anything. These 2 pics are from the end of February, so about 2 months ago my hair had been in a bun, that’s sadly not my real wave pattern. Haha And in the 2nd pic you can see the sectoral heterochromia of my left eye that I had mentioned in the thread about our parents’ hair colour compared to ours.
I feel stuck right now. I want my hemline to be full already but I know these layers are going to take time to grow out. So for now I’m not even micro trimming. Just trying to sit back and enjoy the ride.

I think your hair is beautiful! I’m exactly where you are btw. It’s like watching a snail cross the street. I’ve got about 6 inch of damage to grow out. patience patience patience lol
Current method: WCC ROO C LOC. trimming to TBL
no SLS (but yes to SLES) Herbal rinses: catnip, fenugreek and just started using chagrin ACV rinse when needed scalp only to scalp happy (scalp prolly needs sls)
