    When you first joined LHC, what length were you at?

    When I joined I was at about hip to tailbone. I was measuring in inches so I didn't quite know what boy measurements were. But now I use body parts. I am below tailbone, and probably another year until classic. Had I not had such a huge shed and lost most of my longer hairs in that, I might be at classic already. Stupid post surgery shed.

    I started at about BSL with bangs growing out, and was getting to hip length, but then I decided to grow out everything, so I'm back at the beginning! I really miss my longer hair, but also excited to no longer have bangs or layers someday. It's way too hard to maintain with thick wavy/curly hair! Anyway, I'll keep trimming until everything catches up and then I'll finally leave my hair alone until it gets to tailbone length...

    Didn't we have a poll like this not too long ago? Well, my hair was a collar bone length bob when I made the decision to grow to waist.

    About APL for the longest layers and a little more than shoulder for the shortest. That is right now since I am new. Soon I am going to even it out though. Just want it to get a little longer so i feel like i have a good ponytail While i wait for some of the length to come back, dont want to go back to a puff ball, even though it was fun the first time around.

    That poll was about where you were when you started growing, not where you were when you joined LHC, I think.

    About 18 inches or so. I'm somewhere between 21 and 22 now. With only a trim since then, it's slow growing..
