You'll be solidly at knee before you know it!
Nope, I'm a righty! I sleep on my right side; do you think that has something to do with it?

Thanks! That's my Sally, who is my little shadow and therefore I cannot take a photo without her in. Little monkey.

Angela_Rose, congratulations!! I'd count that as knee, definitely. The thing is, the back of your knee is a really long expanse when you're legs are straight - by the time I believed I was firmly at knee you were telling me I was at calf.
You can go to the TB-Knee thread to read anything you want, but you belong with us now!

That's because your hair can be tucked into mid-calf crew socks, lady.
Thanks, though! I guess maybe I quite literally have a foot in both threads, because one leg has knee-length hair and the other isn't quite there yet!

Just out of the shower, and the unevenness of the sides is painfully obvious.

But it's also obvious that you've made it to knee! Now you've got as long as you want to even the sides out

Good point! I am always amazed at how the volume of hair changes if you add water. Wet, it looks like I have very little hair; dry, it looks like my hair could take over the world!
So I guess I do belong over here!! Yay!!!!!

I did it! I finally got a picture of my hair looking the length that it feels like it is.
I was trying something new, by putting a bunch of deep conditioner on my ends after brushing the whole thing out a couple hours before I would wash my hair. I realized while brushing it through that it was so thick, my ends were nearly straight while the conditioner weighed it down. So I hurried to try snapping a length pic.
I swear I could feel my ends tickling my upper calves for a while now, but whenever I tried to take a picture the ends would curl up to maybe my knees.

And here it is the next morning after air drying, with a somewhat wonky curl day. (Okay, is my hair on the right side actually weirdly longer than the rest of my hair, or did it just curl a lot less? )

So I think maybe I can feel less shy about stalking/posting in here.

Hello, everyone. I appear to have finally graduated threads. Huzzah!

So much for maintaining at knee. Seems I'm firmly in the "wonder how long this can get?" category.
