I do it for my 4-year-old's very long hair, and it works well. I alternate between this and CO for her hair, since she needs many more baths than her hair needs washed, from getting in the playground, etc.

    Me too.

I've been on CWC for about a month now. My hair's happy for it.

how often are you CWCing? Everyday? Every other day? every 3 days??? I thought every other day. And do you ever pile all the hair on top of your head to really shampoo your tail?

I use the CWC method every time I wash. For me that means I do CWC everyday to every other day.

I never pile my hair on top of my head anymore. When I want to shampoo my length to remove buildup, I gently smooth the shampoo through my hair without rubbing or piling, and then rinse.

I never really though of myself as CWC, but if oiling before instead of regular conditioner counts then I definately am. I have been doing this for years.

I try to go about 4 or 5 days, but mostly 4 rather than 5. Depends on how lazy I'm feeling that week

I never pile my hair on my head ever.

Sure, I think the method is perfectly fine to use for anyone!
