My hair has grown about an inch and a half this month ( I stopped dyeing a month ago)

Maybe its due to not using dye, but I think I have always had quick growing hair an its summer, it has no regular pattern it just seems to do its own thing!

Ive grown from shoulder to waist before in about 8 months and this time from shoulder to BSL (with two trims equalling about 4/5 inches off total, due to dye damage) in about 10 months.

My hair is a mystery to me which is why Ive dediced to just CO, stop dying and see if I can figure out how it grows and what its nature is (colour (natural medium ash blonde), texture etc)

Wait, is this a trick question to get me to have one more hair related thing to obsess over?

Seriously had never considered the question at all - but you can be sure that I will give it plenty of thought now....

Definitely, due to seasons. I went from below BSL to hip length in one summer, but remained around hip length for the rest of the winter. This summer/spring I've gone from hip length to tailbone length.

Mine grows an inch a month in the summer, and usually about half an inch a month in the winter though it can stall in the depths of winter when the sun doesn't make an appearance

Yes! When I henna, my hair grows up to an inch a month. If I haven't hennaed in a few months, it slows down to less than half an inch a month.

    No day but today.

Yes,I think I grow less in the summer because of mood changes. I seem to be more easily depressed and I think that really affects my hair growth. I have never been a slow grower though my not growing as much is maybe 1/2 inch per month.

Mine is a steady 1/2" per month. I wish I had growth spurts! But alas no. At least it's still growing.
